360° Red Solar LED Airport Barricade Light

The solar airport barricade light draws attention to construction areas and dangerous ground obstacles from both ground crews and pilots. Round design provides 360° of illumination. Integrated sensor causes light to turn on automatically in low light and to turn off automatically during daytime to prolong battery life. This light is a Type D light, designed to emit light in all directions. Solar powered and more energy efficient than conventional barricade lights. Plasticade’s Lo-Pro Airport Barricade accepts 2 lights.

• Quick and easy to install; screws onto standard airport barricades with 2" straight pipe thread; no hardware needed.
• Rechargeable batteries included inside solar panel.
• Withstands all weather conditions.
• When used to delineate a curve, Type D lights must be used on the outside of the curve, and not on the inside of the curve.
• Replacement battery sold locally (SubC NiMH flat top rechargeable cell, 1.2V 3400mAh high capacity).

Operating Instructions:

• Important First Time Use Note: Place solar barricade light outside for 3 to 4 days to allow the batteries to fully charge.
• There is no on/off switch. Light automatically turns on at dusk when there is limited daylight reaching the solar panel.
• The only function is flashing. There is no steady lit function.
• When exposed to daylight, the light will shut off and you will NOT be able to set it or completely shut it off (Close). This is a safety feature that ensures no tampering or accidental shut off during the daytime.
