This folding steel bollard post is perfect for parking control and security. The bollard is locked in the raised position with a padlock (padlock not included). When the padlock is removed, the folding bollard may be lowered to ground to allow for access. The bollard base plate must be lagged to ground for proper installation (installation hardware not included). See Attached Prop 65 Warning!
