The solar airport barricade light draws attention to construction areas and dangerous ground obstacles from both ground crews and pilots. Round design provides 360° of illumination in either Flash or Steady mode. Integrated sensor causes light to turn on automatically in low light and to turn off automatically during daytime to prolong battery life – or can be turned off entirely. This light is a Type D light, designed to emit light in all directions. Solar powered and more energy efficient than conventional barricade lights. Plasticade’s Lo-Pro Airport Barricade accepts 2 lights.

• When used to delineate a curve, Type D lights must be used on the outside of the curve, and not on the inside of the curve.

Operating Instructions:

• Important First Time Use Note: Battery is fully charged after approximately 22 hours of sunlight. Place solar barricade light outside for 3 to 4 days to allow the batteries to fully charge.
• When switch is set to BLINK or STEADY, light automatically turns on at dusk when there is limited daylight reaching the solar panel. When exposed to daylight, the light will shut off (unless switch is set to “off,” which overrides the automatic-off-at dawn function).
