Type A & C Amber Barricade Light (6 volt batteries)

This barricade light features the brightest LED optic lens which produces 20% more light output than competitive brands. It can be used with many types of barricades, traffic barrels, safety cones, vertical panels, and delineators. This light is a combination Type A and Type C light and is for nighttime use. Type A classification is met with double-sided flashing lights to warn of hazards, while Type C classification is met with double-sided steady burn lights that are typically used to delineate the edge of a roadway.

Operating Instructions:

There is no on/off switch. Light turns on automatically at night, as each unit has a photosensor in it.
When exposed to daylight, the light will shut off and you will NOT be able to set it or completely shut it off (Close). This is a safety feature that ensures no tampering or accidental shut off during the daytime.
To adjust the light flash pattern during the day, completely cover the light and push the switch with included pin or a paperclip. As you push the switch with the pin, the light will cycle through the three options: Steady On, Flash, and Close (completely off).

Warning and Barricade Light Variations:

Light Type	Use	Description	Application
Type A	Low-intensity, flashing, typically has 2 lit sides.	Nighttime	Used for warning of hazards at night. They should not be used for guiding traffic since the off/on flashing could be confusing. They are not as visible during the day and may even be off during daylight hours.
Type B	High-intensity, flashing, typically has a hood and faces only one direction so all the light energy is focused in one direction.	24-hour	Used to warn road users during both daylight and nighttime hours.
