Safely protect important electrical cables, water lines, hoses, and pipes in your most demanding environments with Elasco XtremeGuard Cable Protectors. Cable protectors offer 360° protection and give the user access to their cables by opening and closing the lid on top. The XtremeGuard series include the heaviest-duty cable protectors available on the market, appropriate for heavy load conditions in brutal environments. These hefty ramps are best suited for extremely demanding job sites, such as pit mines, military applications, larger construction project sites, and similar extreme environments involving movement of heavy machinery. Elasco’s premium, industrial-quality, 27.5" cable guards are made from solid-cast polyurethane, which is stronger and more durable than typical injection-molded polymers because the hot-cast process provides a long, slow cure and post-cure that enhances the cross-linking of the polyurethane molecule. The XG4400 model includes four rounded 4.5" channels and two 2” channel capable of protecting a multitude of pipes or wires. Strong enough to protect cables from heavy vehicles and machinery; supports up to 40,000 lbs. per tire and total weight of 300-500 tons.
