This crosswalk sign designed to rebound if struck by a vehicle. Permanent (fixed) or portable bases are sold separately. The sign meets or exceeds the specifications released in the 2003 Edition of the MUTCD (Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices). It is durable and lightweight.
